Our headspace Tweed Heads team and Youth Advisory Group (YAG)
members just wanted to reach out as we know things are looking a little
bit different at the moment. Border closures and having to stay at home
can bring up lots of different feelings. While the sleep-ins and more time
to chill out on your own might appeal to some people at first, it’s normal
to also feel confused, lonely, angry, frustrated, sad or anxious. We’re
missing out on events, birthdays, friends, holidays... and we’re Definitely.
