Our extra-curricular highlights

Creative and performing arts

At our school, creativity is part of everyday learning. Through drama, music, and visual arts, students are encouraged to express themselves and build confidence. Whether performing in concerts, showcasing artwork, or taking part in class plays, every child has the chance to shine.

Trips and excursions

Excursions are an exciting part of learning at our school. We take every opportunity to explore new places and connect classroom learning with real-world experiences. Our whole-school trips are always filled with curiosity, teamwork, and plenty of fun!

Public speaking

Each year, our students from Kindergarten to Year 6 take part in our public speaking event. It’s a great opportunity for them to develop confidence, express their ideas, and cheer on their classmates. Families and community members are warmly invited to join us for this special celebration of student achievement.

Rewards Days

At Chillingham Public School, our Rewards Days are all about celebrating success together. Each term, students strive to meet behaviour and learning goals that reflect our school values. Those efforts are rewarded with a fun-filled day that acknowledges everyone’s hard work and positive contributions to our school community.
